Return Policy

For any enquiries, customers should contact us on 01306 730 703 or email info@kingfisherfarmshop.com. We aim to find a solution within 24 hours.

Refunds can be made to the original payment method used. Once requested, refunds can take between 5 – 10 days to show as credit, depending on the bank. Once issued, a refund can not be cancelled. We can not refund a total greater than the original charge amount.

Terms of Service

Ordering & Purchasing:

Customers must be over the age of eighteen to purchase alcohol from Kingfisher.

We endeavor to accept all orders. Our products are subject to availability. We may offer substitutes or variations due to seasonal availability and supply price.

Some of our products are priced by weight (for example, meat products and fresh produce). The weight you receive may vary from the amount charged. Customers will be charged our average price.

Payment:

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

All payment are taken using ‘Stripe’, view their privacy policy here.

Cancellation:

If a customer would like to cancel an order please contact the office at Kingfisher Farmshop, as soon as possible. We can automatically refund the total unless the order has already been fulfilled. Orders cannot be ‘uncancelled’.

Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. Our website changes regularly. We aim to update our website regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our website, or close it indefinitely. SUBSTITUTIONS:

We aim to fulfil your order entirely but as a small business our products are delivered and sourced on a daily basis, this means we will sometimes substitute items in your basket.

If you do not want substitutions please tell us in the ‘notes’ section at checkout. If this is the case, we will simply refund you for any products missing from your order and you will be alerted in an email.

You will be contacted if any substitutions are made, so that we can give you plenty of choice and to settle any price differences.

‘pre-ordering’ Products:

Some of our products are only available for ‘pre-order’, this means that the product is still available for your desired delivery/collection date, but we are not able to sell it directly online. This is down to some of our more expensive products being priced per kilogram and the limitations of selling online.

Using the contact information you provide, one of our team will call you the day before delivery/collection to take a separate payment over the phone.

Personal Information that we collect:

We store customer names and addresses when customers order with us over email or through our online shop. This is for the customers convenience. Customer information is not passed onto third parties.
