Delivery & Collection Policy

Kingfisher Farm and Flower Shop are able to offer Collection and Delivery services for orders from our Online Shop from Tuesday through to Saturday at the following prices:

Collection @ £0.00: Tuesday - Saturday, 11am - 4pm

0-3 Miles @ £3.50: Abinger Hammer, Holmbury St Mary, Abinger Common, Shere, Gomshall, Wotton, Peaslake, Little London

3-5 Miles @ £4.50: Ranmore, Coldharbour, Westcott, Dorking, Albury, Farley Green, Brook

5-8 Miles @ £6.00: Ockley, Peasmarsh, Shamley Green, Bramley, Wonersh, Chilworth, Blackheath, Shalford, Ewhurst, East Clandon, West Clandon, Merrow, Burpham, Jacobs Well, Send, Brockham, Betchworth, Horsley, Effingham, Little Bookham, Great Bookham, Mickleham

8-10 Miles @ £10.00: Compton, Farncombe, Godalming, Central Guildford, Cranleigh, Leatherhead

Unfortunately we are not able to deliver beyond a 10 mile distance from Kingfisher.



We allow the customer to select the day that they would like their items delivered (Tuesday - Saturday).

To do this please select your chosen delivery day in the ‘Delivery Date’ section of Step 3. Additional Information in Checkout.

Please note that this section comes after Step 2. Shipping.

We do not offer Same Day delivery on any items ordered from our Online Shop. However we can offer Next Day delivery if you place your order before 12pm.

If you accidentally select a delivery date on a Sunday or Monday, we will deliver to you on the nearest possible delivery day, which is likely to be the closest Saturday or Tuesday.

If you are collecting your items, please specify your chosen collection date (Tues - Sat) in the Additional Information section in Checkout.

We reserve the right to not deliver to all locations. Customers will be notified if we are unable to deliver to your address.

It is a customer’s responsibility to make suitable arrangements to receive a delivery.

The time that an order is delivered on that day will vary week on week depending on traffic, weather and the number of deliveries to be made that day.

We cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss where we are unable to deliver to a customer, or deliver to a customer late, for reasons beyond our control.

Customers must inspect their goods as swiftly as possible after delivery and notify us promptly of any errors. We will refund customers for any products received that were not ordered, are faulty, have been substituted with a product that is unacceptable to the customer.
