Over the years they’ve tweaked and improved the recipe to make the best tasting vanilla ice cream for you. 60% fresh organic milk from the farm, combined with double cream and real vanilla pods sprinkled throughout.

Ingredients Vanilla Clotted Cream: Fresh milk (55%), clotted cream (milk) (20%), sugar, milk solids, butter (milk), glycerine, natural vanilla flavourings, emulsifier (mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan), vanilla bean seeds (0.1%), natural colouring (curcumin, annatto).

Honey & Stem Ginger: A delicious combination of honey ice cream with lots of lovely pieces of stem ginger.

Ingredients Honey & Stem Ginger: Fresh milk (57%), double cream (milk), sugar, ginger pieces (7%)[stem ginger (40%), sugar, water, glucose syrup, honey (5%), cornflour, lemon juice], milk solids, dextrose, emulsifier (mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (guar gum, locust bean gum, carrageenan), glycerine, natural ginger flavouring, natural honey flavouring.
