Our elder trees grow on 25 acres on our farm in East Sussex. All elderflowers are lovingly hand-picked from our orchard in the June sunshine.

Elderflower & Rhubarb

The floral taste of our elderflowers combined with the tangy flavour of fresh rhubarb juice give this cordial a real refreshing taste. 

Dilute to taste with sparkling or still water (up to 1:10)

Ingredients: Sugar, water, rhubarb juice*, elderflowers, elderberry juice*, lemon juice*, citric acid. *freshly squeezed 

Elderflower & Quince

The floral taste of our elderflowers combined with the sweet, mellow taste of fresh quince juice make this cordial a lovely summer drink.

Dilute to taste with sparkling or still water (up to 1:10)

Elderberry & Lemon

We grow beautiful elderberries on our family farm in East Sussex and combine them with freshly pressed lemon juice to create a cordial with a fresh full-bodied taste that serves as a refreshing cold drink or a warming hot drink. 

Enjoy hot or cold and dilute to taste (we recommend 1:10).
