Vanilla Clotted Cream: The first flavour ever created at Marshfield Farm back in 1988. Over the years they’ve tweaked and improved the recipe to make the best tasting vanilla ice cream for you. 60% fresh organic milk from the farm, combined with double cream and real vanilla pods sprinkled throughout.

Ingredients Vanilla Clotted Cream: Fresh milk (55%), clotted cream (milk) (20%), sugar, milk solids, butter (milk), glycerine, natural vanilla flavourings, emulsifier (mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan), vanilla bean seeds (0.1%), natural colouring (curcumin, annatto).

Honey & Stem Ginger: A delicious combination of honey ice cream with lots of lovely pieces of stem ginger.

Ingredients Honey & Stem Ginger: Fresh milk (57%), double cream (milk), sugar, ginger pieces (7%)[stem ginger (40%), sugar, water, glucose syrup, honey (5%), cornflour, lemon juice], milk solids, dextrose, emulsifier (mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (guar gum, locust bean gum, carrageenan), glycerine, natural ginger flavouring, natural honey flavouring.

Heavenly Honeycomb: Smooth dairy ice cream made with our organic milk and flavoured with honey, all mixed with lots of crunchy honeycomb pieces.

Ingredients Heavenly Honeycomb: Fresh milk (57%), double cream (milk)(19%), sugar, honeycomb pieces (7%) [sugar, glucose syrup, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (shea, sustainable palm, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin)), raising agent (bicarbonate of soda)], milk solids, dextrose, glycerine, emulsifier (mono & di-glycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan), natural flavouring.
