A local, independent business in Abinger Hammer that use free roaming salmon from farms based in Scotland, the Shetlands, Orkeney Isles and Loch Dawrat. Tillingbourne Farm and Smokery use traditional methods to dry cure and cold smoke their fish giving their smoked salmon a subtle flavour.

This product is only available for Christmas Week Orders (Sunday 22nd December - Tuesday 24th December).

This is down to some of our more expensive products being priced per kilogram and the limitations of selling online.
